Deacon Ronald R Ealey
 Deacon
Ealey is currently in full-time ministry at Saint Michael the Archangel
Church in Silver Spring, Maryland. He works and serves at the parish as
Parish Pastoral Care Director and Administrator. His diaconal ministry in
the Archdiocese of Washington is in the Correctional Treatment Center in DC,
as assistant to the Catholic Chaplain. He is also secretary of the Board of
Directors for the Prison Outreach Ministry.
Before returning to the Archdiocese of Washington and serving at Holy
Comforter - Saint Cyprian from 2003 to 2005, Deacon Ealey and his wife
Catherine "Kitty" resided in the Diocese of Wichita for approximately 18
years, and for seven years, he served as the Administrator of Holy Savior
Catholic Church, the only Black parish there. They also organized the
African American in the Diocese under the Council of African American
Catholics. He also developed the Diocesan social justice ministry and held
the position of Coordinator of Leadership Training for the youth and young
Diocesan office.
Deacon Ron and Kitty are the parents of six children.
