African American History And Heritage Calendar
Since 1970 the Josephite Pastoral Center has been
publishing the African American History and Heritage Calendar. Each year the
calendar brings original artwork together with historical and heritage facts
commemorating significant persons and events. The calendar, with over 165,000 in
circulation nationwide, is used as an educational tool as well as an excellent
resource for important dates and events.
The theme of the Josephite African American
History and Heritage Calendar 2006 is My Hope is in the Lord, Whom shall
I fear? - Psalms 26:1-4. This theme is developed through depictions of
Biblical scenes with appropriate Scripture texts. Original paintings are
the work of Father James Hasse, S.J.
Calendars are $7.50 for single copies. Bulk
rates and imprints are available.
