Noah Lett was born in 1956 and raised in Indiana. He
married Jennifer Heaven of Jamaica West Indies in 1978. He obtained his
Bachelors of Arts degree in 1978 from Indiana Wesleyan University in History,
Social Studies, and Religion, and a Masters of Divinity degree from Asbury
Theological Seminary in 1981 and Trinity Theological Seminary in 1986. He has
also done graduate studies at the University of Kentucky, and the Josephinum: a
Pontifical Seminary in Columbus Ohio.
Before entering the Catholic Church in
1988, Noah was the pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church in Queens New York. After
his conversion, he was variously employed as a Catholic schoolteacher of
religion and literature, and a Director of Religious Education. In 1999, Noah
was asked to become a theology advisor at EWTN, where he is presently employed.
In addition to working for EWTN, he has for the last five years taught an adult
Bible Study after the Sunday Mass in his home parish of St. Therese's in Leeds,
and for the last three years at St. Francis of Assisi parish in Bessemer on
Tuesday evening.
